Although COVID-19 appears to be pediatric population appears to be less severe among children younger that 18 years, emerging evidence from Europe, North America, Asia, and Latin America indicates that COVID-19 infection might precipitate hyper-inflammatory state among children following infection. We report a case of multisystem inflammatory syndrome with features of Incomplete Kawasaki disease incomplete Kawasaki disease in an adolescent boy who also tested positive for antibody test for COVID-19. This case brings highlights the potential complication of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) disease in adolescents.Keywords:
